Can technology provide the tools necessary to achieve real democracy?
In this workshop we will mention tools that promote real democracy and give citizens the opportunity for grassroots and direct decision making, the easy way, regardless of the number of persons. Attention! We do not speak of a utopia, which would still be in the realm of our imagination … We will actually refer to tools that are already being used in different countries with excellent results! We will actively attempt to create a new law and then vote, amend and further develop an existing one, directly, grassroots, synchronously or asynchronously, from anywhere, through examples in our workshop, using one of these tools.
