While organizing the festival we are trying to avoid using money as much as possible, but unfortunately that’s not totally feasible. So, in order to cover some of the costs that we consider important, we ask for financial aid. Here we will record in detail all the income and expenses from all the activity of the organisation team.

EXPENCES

  • Speaker expense: Airplane return ticket (Berlin-Heraklion) = 171.98€
  • Speaker expense: Airplane return ticket (Thessaloniki-Heraklion) = 129.09€
  • Speaker expense: 4 Airplane return ticket (Athens-Heraklion) = 522€
  • Speakers expenses (transportation & food) = 300€
  • Printing flyers = 5€
  • Expenses for natural farming workshop = 100€
  • Expenses for natural building workshop = 300€
  • Expenses for workshops (puppets, ceramics, knitting, natural paints) = 100€
  • Expenses for prints (posters, flyers, exhibition material, banners etc) = 256€
  • Expenses for consumables (DVDs, paints, cartons etc) = 65€

INCOME

  • Ortakia café on 17/02/2013 = 335€
  • Ortakia café on 03/03/2013 = 236.32€
  • Anonymous donations via Paypal = 6€
  • George Koumanos donation = 20€
